Mobile computing is the ethical usage of internet on the go. Mobile computing opens the gate that restricts internet during traveling and grants access through many phones such as Apples iPhone and Blackberry. Modern websites are built to access a website through both, pc and mobile. The website or the web application will be engineered in a way that, when a user visits the website from any platform, it should be able to identify the platform automatically, and display the suitable vision of the website or the web application over the mobile phone or the pc.
Microglitz is currently on the process of research and development on a mobile application that would make a difference from the mobile applications that we commonly experience. This will be code named as iJet, which represents ‘speed of information’. What is unique in this is that the application will have the ability to switch between PC and Mobile platform on a real-time environment, without having two separate versions for mobile and pc platform.
The application will function on a Linux platform which would be built with mobile XHTML and the hypertext preprocessor (PHP).
